信州上伊那の豊かな自然に囲まれた环境で、机能强化乳酸菌の创製研究をはじめ、肠内细菌が宿主动物の健康に及ぼす影响について探究しています。当研究室では、既存の枠にとらわれない柔软な発想を大切にし、情热的で个性あふれる人材を求めています。研究に兴味をお持ちの方は、ぜひお気軽にご连络ください。研究室见学は随时受け付けております。
"Exploring the Science of Lactic Acid Bacteria and Gut Microbiota in Animals"
Our LAB conducts research on the development of enhanced functional lactic acid bacteria and investigates the impact of gut microbiota on the health of host animals. 【研究室沿革】
当研究室は、2007年11月、科学技术振兴调整费「若手研究者の自立的研究环境整备促进」プログラムのもと、「信州大学ファイバーナノテク国际若手研究者育成拠点?応用分子细胞生物学分野」として设立されました。その后、2012年4月に「信州大学大学院农学研究科?机能性食料开発学専攻?食料机能开発学讲座」へと统合。さらに、2015年4月の学部改组に伴い、「信州大学农学部?农学生命科学科?动物资源生命科学コース」へと再编され、研究室名を「分子生命工学研究室」と改称しました。
-Laboratory History-
Our laboratory was established in November 2007 under the “Shinshu University Young Researchers Empowerment Project”. In April 2012, it became part of the "Graduate School of Agriculture, Shinshu University, Department of Functional Food Science, Division of Food Function Development." Later, in April 2015, following a departmental restructuring, it was reorganized as the "Laboratory of Molecular Biotechnology", Faculty of Agriculture. In June 2024, our lab was incorporated into Institute for Aqua Regeneration, Shinshu University.
