インターネット出愿 / Online Application
信州大学大学院では、インターネットを利用した出愿方法を导入しています。
本学のインターネット出愿システムでは、出愿登録のほか、受験票、出愿确认票等の印刷、试験当日の受験者心得などの案内の连络も行います。
登録后もアクセスいただく必要がありますので、登録したメールアドレスとパスワードを记録しておいてください。
※インターネット出愿登録サイトでの入力、検定料の支払いだけでは、出愿は完了しません。出愿に必要な书类等を提出期间内に大学へ邮送等により提出することで、完了します。

検定料免除について / Exemption from Application Fee
次の要件を満たす申请者の検定料を全额免除します。
Applicants who meet the following conditions will be granted an exemption for the full amount of Application fee.
【検定料免除の要件】
志愿者又はその学资负担者が灾害救助法の适用を受けた地域で被灾し、居住する住家が全壊、大规模半壊又は半壊の被害を受け罹灾証明书（写し）が提出できる场合であって、その罹灾日が出愿期间の最终日前１年以内であること。
Applicants or their Academic Expense Supporters has affected by disasters in an area covered by the Disaster Relief Act, and the home they live in has suffered total destruction, major partial destruction, or partial destruction, and they are able to submit a Disaster Damage Certificate. The date of the disaster must be within one year prior to the last day of the application period.
【申請方法 / How to apply】
罹災証明書を用意し、インターネット出愿登録サイトから申請してください。
但し、灾害の発生が出愿期间の直前等で、罹灾証明书の発行が间に合わない场合は、出愿时は一旦検定料を纳付し、后日罹灾証明书が発行され次第、検定料返还申请により受け付けます。
Please prepare your Disaster Damage Certificate and apply through the Online Application Website.
However, if the disaster occurs just before the application period and the Disaster Damage Certificate cannot be issued in time, you will need to pay the application fee first, and once the Disaster Damage Certificate has been issued at a later date, you can apply for a refund of the application fee.
